Kelsey Engelbracht

Kelsey is a Virginia native who has lived in Scottsdale, Arizona for 7 years. She has a B.A. in Child Psychology and a M.A. in Organizational Psychology. Kelsey spent a little more than a decade working with families and children in private schools as an Admissions Director, High School Advisor, Athletics Coach, Summer Camp Instructor, etc. in Washington D.C. and then in Phoenix, AZ. She left the education milieu in November 2013 to serve an entirely different population of youth and families – those primarily enrolled in public behavioral health services.

Today Kelsey works as the Marketing and Communications Manager for Family Involvement Center (FIC) – a leading family-run organization that provides parent-to-parent support and assistance to parents and caregivers raising children with emotional, physical and behavioral health care needs. At FIC they provide support, education, training, and more that empowers Arizona parents and youth and builds family resilience. Kelsey is passionate about helping Arizona’s families and children, she cares deeply about the people she works with and those we serve and she is dedicated to challenging herself to learn and grow professionally and personally.
